[Book] Children of Destiny: Born of the Elements and the Highborn King

    Hello mmo-champion, I'm back!

It's been just under a year since the release of Zen's Heritage, and our fine crew at Northwinter Press have since progressed the storyline of the Zen Chronicles by not one, but two new books.

The new novel, called Children of Destiny, follows the events after Zen's Heritage from two perspectives: one from Zen's and the other from his allies Arawn Segomo, Katrina of Ganalodel, and the vedros bard, Caidro.

So here's an opportunity for us to pick up some discussion related to the books Born of the Elements and The Highborn King; the two parts that form the whole of Children of Destiny.

If you happen to find yourself in search of this novel, it is now available here on Kindle and on Amazon. If you're just getting started and need to read through Books 1 and 2 first; they are currently available for free until 12/24 on Kindle.

    Arawn's Quest (book 1)
    Zen's Heritage (book 2)

As with the last two books I brought up here, thank you all, and I look forward to answering your questions and comments.

When at last Zen is free to venture into the Frozen North, he finds the land as unforgiving as its people. Caught in the midst of a civil war, the boy who would be a mastersmith learns there is more to his heritage than even he knew. If he is to finish his quest, Zen will have to master new talents so that he can survive against those who are born of the elements.

When tragedy strikes in the country of Brexio, Arawn Segomo is accused of a crime he didn’t commit and must await his trial while one of his closest companions remains to be found. Some guidance from a local priestess and friend leads Arawn to join Brexio’s fighting pits in hopes that he can win his freedom back by defeating the current champion.
But not everything is as it seems. Mystery, treachery, and death linger at every turn. In order to save his friends and continue his quest, the sentinel prince of the xendauni will need to rely on an unlikely ally; the Highborn King.
