All specs got a hotfix passive, so i'd say it's something to make hotfixing easier, or maybe something that's necessary to hotfix tooltips (they said they're working on something like this).

IF they did I would welcome it. Symbiosis Tranqu wasn't even worth the time it took to cast it. You're better off PoM -> BH -> BH then going back into Shadowform. Originally Posted by klaps_05

my raid's moonkin and i joke when we wipe that we caused the wipe b/c we weren't tranqing enough. moonkin tranq is pretty terrible, too.
