AddOn Question

Was searching some videos recently about Brutallus, as for some reason I was having issues soloing him (aka me being a derp and not using SoI). Anyways, I came across a video that was good, but it also had a really nice Spell CD timer, and I have no idea what it is called, since the YT uploader won't comment back on it.

It's the addon right above the action bars. I'm getting a tad sick of CLCRet and I'm far too lazy to set up CLCInfo (lol if said addon is indeed clcinfo).

Any insight? Or anyone know the UI package as a whole?
