DK Trinket question / Macro

I just purchased Iron Belly Wok Trinket to replace a Blue 465. It has USE for Haste, is it possible for me to make a macro to activate that with like Pillar Of Frost so that when I use Pillar it activates the trinket?

You can also replace trinket names with /use 13 or /use 14. Top and bottom trinket slots respectively.
