Can a 90 rogue solo firelands rep to friendly?

grab a friend ??? proft. but maybe. alysrazor trash is bitch to solo if you don't know what you're doing. and other trash hits pretty damn hard + healing eh prob not.

Go ahead and try 10 man trash, hard to tell you without seeing your gear or what not. Wouldn't take much trash to hit friendly

That's not hard to do.

Sap the big one (glyphed sap), blind one of the healers, burn the other healer while cleaving onto the two other adds (also rotate kick and kidney shot on the heals, even gouge if need be), then go to the other healer, then kill the big one last. (the big one stuns and you do NOT want to be stunned with multiple of them hitting you).

I doubt it. They hit pretty hard.

Rogues could solo thrash to friendly during 4.2....

Just do Thrall's Elemental Bonds quest chain. The quest reward at the end is a cape with the exact same skin:

Oh wait actually the fringe is a different shape. Personally I prefer the squared edge though.
