This game has no macros and no interface to create macros. There are also no addons.

Plus any automation from outside of the game environment is classed as botting and (in theory at least) bannable.

20 Sec cooldown, 60 sec duration. They may wanna stick with wow if they are having problems keeping it up.
You also dont want it automated because its a fury generator.
