    In case you missed it, the real trick to protectors is holding dps on Regail and waiting until 4 groups have around 8 stacks.... also in saving all dps and healing cds for the last phase (so don't use any in phase2).

    Generally you can be so far ahead on dps that you can get to last phase with 5stacks or less on the 4 groups, then you have difficulty out-burning the damage at the end. Phase 2 has a lightning storm to dodge, but it's a very low damage phase and also a time that healers are regenerating mana.. so there's no harm in waiting if you can keep up the interrupts etc.

    The berserk timer is built in such a way that if you never lost stacks, there would be just enough to put 9 on all 5 groups and 5 on boss -- boss would explode almost simultaneously with berserk timer. So what I mean to say is you have more than enough leeway even if you wait until 4 groups have 8-9 stacks, then execute boss 2 and starting burning boss3 while letting healers eat stacks, then boss eat sub 20% burn.

    Also means there's enough leeway to 3 heal or 2 tank if you want to for some reason.

    Yeh I think we were pushing too hard on the DPS, we went 3 6 9 on three groups then just let the 4th group get the remainder while we burned the boss and killed it tonight at last. Took us one try after simplyfying it, no idea why we didn't do it straight off *sigh*. Hopefully we can push to Sha before 5.2! Thanks.
