How to record games on your TV and PS3?

Hello there! I just bought a new TV with all kinds of outputs, HDMI, A/V... etc. Anyway, I thought I was going to start recording some games with my PS3 on it and wondered how to do it in a easy way. Any recommedations?

I believe there's a product out there called a "Video Capture Card", I've seen some youtubers I watch talk about it when they produce videos made on a console. I'd check google, I'm sure there's plenty of them out there.
