Just recently chilled with some friends I hadn't seen in a while and we played this.

I liked using Ike, Snake and Link. I tried several others, but those were the ones I did best with. Kept killing myself with sonic, and while funny, it did get frustrating.

Super Smash Bros is probably my favorite game of all time. I have loved them all. From the classic SSB, to the improved SSBM, and the endless fun of SSBB. Ahh the good times..

1. Wolf - Strong and agile. Good mid air game and ground game.
2. Young Link - Quick and small. Hes got range, speed, and hops.
3. Sonic - Fast as hell and huge jumps. Not to mention all the small attacks that add up quick

1. Toon Link / Adult Link - same moveset, I just change between them depending on my opponent, mostly Toon Link though.
2. R.O.B. - no particular reason, I was just good with him before I switched to Links.
3. Olimar - just such a bizarre character, and insanely strong surprisingly.

Not got a single favourite but... not in any particular order. Mr. Game and Watch, Kirby, Ness & Lucas (prefer Ness more than Lucas).

Yoshi is my favorite, most people really underestimate him.

Close seconds are Diddy Kong, and Mr.Game and Watch.

A good yoshi knows how to make use off his awesome grabs (fairly decent range, low delay time if you mess up), and his egg throw is amazing for stopping the enemy and adding on some extra damage. Most other yoshi's I see make the mistake of using their ground pound and egg roll too much which can both be easily countered when spammed.

To clarify, this is all from a game play perspective. Although I would still say yoshi and diddy are my favorites if we're just talking about characters.

Diddy is cool game play wise because while he may lack many fishing moves, he has a lot of set up abilities (like his bananas) which can just dominate when used right.
