Shaman Leveling

So im leveling my shaman that ive ignored for a long while, bored with my pally. So im wondering if anyone can suggest the fastest route. Bgs, Dungeon grinds, or quests and also which spec for what? I dont care about fun etc just wanna crunch these lvls fast.

15-60 spam dungeons as resto. Very fast leveling.

how about the after 60 mark mine is 64 already

It's going to be the same for every toon, shamans are no different.

If you want to go grind / level through quests, play Enhancement. If you get bored of questing, go heal dungeons as Resto, unless que times for DPS are good, then do whatever you want.

I've done questing/dungeons from 1-58, then questing after to 90 (doing each dungeon once per for the quests and their exp, not grinding them endlessly though).
