    Question about Windwalker's trinkets BiS

So i finish up having Relic of Xuen 484 ilvl giving me 1029 passive agility 3261 agility on proc for 15 sec and 55sec ICD according from wowhead forums. Second trinket i have is Terror in the Mists 496 ilvl with 1152 passive agility and 6908 Critical strike chance on proc for 20sec.

My question is WHY Bottle of infinity stars is suggested for BiS for Windwalkers when it gives mastery which is useless atm and proc agility 3652 for 20 sec with 40 sec ICD. Why the bottle is better than Xuen when Xuen gives 1152 passive agility which u have all the time rather than have some mastery and haste/crit reforged from it..

PS: I have one more question. It is about the legendary gem, is there another way to re-obtain it rather than buy a new one for 10 000 gold ?

Understand that BiS lists are compiled through multiple sim parses, and that the difference between some items is not as big as it would seem. Sometimes it boils down to you making your own call on items. If Xuen feels more useful to you, then it is more useful to you.

Base relic is about 1780~ agility
Base bottle is 1623~ agility from proc & 1200 mastery
160 agility at most is 500 dps. 1200 mastery at worst (.5 dpp) is 600 dps. Not even counting reforges.

The ~1700 agility figure is including the passive and the proc.

To answer your other question in the OP, there is no way to get an additional legendary gem without forking over the 10k gold. And they are unique equipped so don't try getting 2 for dual wielding!

I ran the 1h T14N profile on Simulationcraft, and got the following weights:

    Code:
    Agility 3.11
    Hit 3
    Expertise	2.13
    Crit 1.24
    Haste 1.64
    Mastery 0.9
    AP 1.1
Reforging the bottles for Haste, you end up with this list:
    Code:
    H: Bottle of Infinite Stars 2/2 6,619.84
    H: Bottle of Infinite Stars 1/2 6,378.50

    H: Bottle of Infinite Stars 2/2 7,008.34
Bottle of Infinite Stars 2/2 6,829.84
    H: Bottle of Infinite Stars 1/2 6,752.94
Bottle of Infinite Stars 1/2 6,580.42
    H: Bottle of Infinite Stars 0/2 6,505.84
Bottle of Infinite Stars 0/2 6,339.30
Promdate, why is Bottle of Infinite Stars 1/2 (ilevel 489 + 4 = 493) listed above H: Bottle of Infinite Stars 0/2 (ilevel 502)?

Since it's the same item, it seems like the ilevel should purely dictate which is better. Is there something I'm not seeing?

Good job, you caught a mistake! I must have put down the wrong values for it back when I was originally working on it around 3-4am. I adjusted it, and put the right values in the previous post.
