Ele Trinket Help

My main spec is Enhance, so my gear for Elemental isn't the best. That being said, I just got the trinket from Terrace LFR, and I'm wondering which two trinkets would be better for my Elemental spec.

From what I've read, Essence of Terror and Light of the Cosmos are better, but Flashfrozen Resin Globule comes off cooldown just before Ascendence. Would that make it better to use that for when I use Ascendence? Or am I better off just using the other two trinkets?

Light of Cosmos and Essence of Terror.

if you can somehow acquire a relic of yulon, go for essence of terror and relic. until then use light of cosmos and essence.
