Hardest and most aggravating/annoying Boss fights you have done.

DMC 4 -> the one with the guy on the angel armor... the one from lvl 8 but done with dante on hardest difficulty, FUCK THAT BOSS... same with Xcom and it's stupid 99% hitrate and miss situations, or when you're in front of a thin man and you get like 30% hitrate, derpy soldiers.

Brock in Pokemon Yellow. I was a child (7 years old I believe) back then and well... tactics/strategy weren't my things. Let's say this fight changed me as a person a bit.

For me I'd have to agree with Orissa on Scarecrow... shit got old real quick. Also, I can't tell you how many times I died to Ansem in KH 1. I think I died to him 20 times to him, threw my controller at the wall, cried, and went to bed. Next day, got it on the second try.

Mf from bbs. Dude has like 5 1 shot moves. Then depending on how many commands you brought, he'll go invisible and invisible while spamming 1 shot moves. Plus he can heal if you hit him more than 3 times and most of the time turns back time a few seconds so you never even hit him at all. Goddamn.

I had the hardest time with Yunalesca in FF10 as a kid. Was too derpy to realize you needed one person to stay in zombie status.

Off the top of my head a few I remember being a real pain were Mr. Big from the original NARC, the final boss of Metal Slug 4, most of your opponents from Art of Fighting 1&2 on the harder settings as well as most of the final bosses in the King of Fighters series.

That boss was bugged, he would have died a lot sooner then that if blizzard fixed him earlier.

Ornstein & smough as a melee class in Dark Souls

Puts any other boss in any game I've ever played to shame. Even after you've "figured out" what to do its brutally hard, demanding near perfection for the entire duration of the relatively long fight.

If you summon Solaire he does an excellent job of keeping one busy, another player is even better, they're piss to kill 1v1.

From the same game though, Gravelord Nito on my first playthrough was brutal, with no poise and a caster character, constantly getting staggered. It took me I think 6 hours of almost solid playing to kill him, I also had to replace my xbox controller afterwards. Which is kind of sad now the whole game is so easy. Also Lord Gwyn is tough if you can't parry.

Metal sonic in sonic the hedgehog 2 never beat him even to this day I can speed run the whole thing and get to him and die I guess the only way of doing it is going super sonic..guess I'm gonna try again.

Omega Weapon in ff8 completely ridiculous if you don't have the lionheart.

Yeah, I remember being stuck at him for ages when i was a kid. Yellow was my first pokemon game so I didn't really know what to do against rock type pokemons, I just used Pikachu and a Pidgeotto, but they couldn't do anything against him. After some time I caught a Caterpie and evolved it to Butterfree, and it kicked his ass.


The most annoying boss that I've ever fought against is by far Seth from Street Fighter 4, my god that asshole can make me rage. Actually, bosses in fighting games generally tends to piss me off, they always have cheap ass moves and they are just hard as hell, however Seth is the worst I've encountered so far.

Spike, the tiger from the Witch's Castle in Secret of Mana.

You don't have magic at that point and he hits like a falling moon, plus he can incapacitate one of your characters. Unless I over-level him, every time I go through that damn place I just devour candies, chocolates, and cups of wishes.

Biolizard from Sonic Adventures 2 so hard to kill as an 8 year old kid, it took me more then 50 tries

The first time I played through Dark Souls, it took me exactly 64 tries to kill Ornstein and Smough. Up until that point I had kind of cheesed my way through the game, so I wasn't really good at it at all. So when it came to the point where I actually had to test my abilities, there weren't many to test. :P Granted, when I finally did kill them without any help it felt really fucking good, and I've improved as a player soooo much since then. Now they hardly give me any trouble at all.
