As seen at 1:38 theres a addon tracking his SnD aswell as shadow dance as a timer. Could anyone give me a name for it? Thank you.

Not exacly sure, but you could set up class timers like that

tidy plates it seems ( if your looking at the top of his/her target)

classtimers, needtoknow, even Satrina can be configured like that
if the bars are sorted, then it's probably classtimer

Looks like ForteXorcist to me, but any of the addons listed will work as well.
