For pvp, Griev leggings or keep 561 ilvl pants?

I'm almost completely grievous but I always wondered if I should put off getting griev leggings or keeping my 561 ilvl pve leggings? (561 after item upgrade)

As you can see, the pve leggings provide more intel and stamina then the griev pants, but I lose a little bit of pvp power in the end, is it worth the tradeoff? Opinions?

you know that pve gear gets downscaled when entering arena/BG? to ilvl 497 afaik

Grievious legs for battlegrounds and arena due the PvE legs being scaled down to 512 or something..
PvE legs for world PvP.

Grievous. There isn't a single PvE piece that should be used in arenas/BGs anymore.
