Arena. It would be nice to have interesting trinkets and weapon procs again without having to worry about how unbalancing they are.

Personally, I would remove the ability to use Flying Mounts in Azeroth and Pandaria.

Something would have to change for Archaeology of course, but I still believe Flying Mounts greatly limit the 'World' aspect of World of Warcraft.
