Very well.

I would look into an SSD (120-128 GB should be plenty) and an aftermarket cooler (Hyper 212 +/Evo would be fine) ... if that means dropping your video card one leg lower to 660 Ti/7950 to keep within your budget (assuming 1K is your budget).

Just my suggestions.

I'd look into getting a lower wattage PSU, unless you plan on going SLI.
