- Got the Darkmist vortex once and DE'ed it, but now im not sure if its better than CCCC.. just got it on LFR

The heroic version of Darkmist Vortex would probably be better than Carbonic Carbuncle, but not the normal or LFR version.

Sorry, I might have messed up trinkets. Darkmist Vortex LFR is better than Coren's Cold Chromium Coaster, but it is not better than Carbonic Carbuncle.

You should upgrade your Carbonic Carbuncle trinket to 471 iLvl, only costs 1500 JP for a nice boost.
