    Worldoflogs query during get away!

Hey, I was looking into our lei shi hc attempts, and we'd like to find out the damage done during the boss channeling get away. We can go to dmg taken, find the get away dmg and then set page to selection, which gives us an idea of a very specific get away phase.

But is there a way to find out all dmg done to the boss across all attemps (or multiple get away phases of 1 attempt) during get away?

    thanks
    z

Yes, World of Logs has this built in as the "Analyze > Damage Taken" feature.

Using one of my raid's logs to demonstrate:

    1. Select the kill.
    2. Go to "Analyze > Damage Taken".
    3. Select "by spell" and Source "Lei Shi".
    4. That should look like this:

    http://worldoflogs.com/reports/lkqxa...&s=1970&e=2387

    5. Drag your mouse to select the middle "Get Away" (purple spike).
    6. Click on "Zoom in (with tables)". Be sure to click on "with tables", not just "Zoom in".
    7. Should look like this:

    http://worldoflogs.com/reports/lkqxa...&s=2154&e=2194

    8. Profit.

You can then even go more detailed and click on "Get Away" in the table to get a breakdown by all targets hit for that specific time frame, which will look like this: http://worldoflogs.com/reports/lkqxa...&s=2154&e=2194

I'm not too good with WoL queries but the addon Phoenixstyle tracks this and much more in-game each attempt and can report the info to raid.

Yeah but he didn't want to see the damage Lei Shi did, he wanted to see the damage the raid did to Lei Shi during get away (presumably to see who is contributing most to ending the phase).

In which case you're 95% of the way there, and you'd do exactly what Venara said, except after picking the time frame of the get away (the purple spike) you switch the analyze submenu from damage taken to damage done.

As far as seeing damage done during get away over *all* get aways for all attempts, I don't think WoL has any functionality for condensing a bunch of info for segments like that (that I know of anyway).

And yeah phoenixstyle should do it per-"get away" as well.

Oh my, you are correct Spiralphoenix, I misread that. He did want to know damage done on Lei Shi. Sorry about that Still, as Spiralphoenix said, it should be easy to get from where I described to the same for damage.
