With the new update in 5.1 where it's 30% haste increase, do you see a huge DPS/HPS increase when used?

Eh - same as always? Because it was already 30% before 5.1? Or did I just miss the whole Expansion?

Before it was Casting speed and attack speed right? In 5.1 they changed it to 30% haste.

It has, to the best of my knowledge, always been a haste buff, even if the wording was different

Didn't do dps test before and then directly after change, so hard to tell.
