Hey all..

The last week i've wanted to try this oldie from 2003 again, but i kinda wanted it to use up the entire screen which is 1920*1080, but due to it's age, it doesn't support that.

I found this http://www.wsgf.org/node/19621 that is a fix for it.. but i cant seem to install the update required.
The update i found is from 1.00.0010 to 1.01.0011, when i start the game it says it's game version 1.00.0010, but it wont install the update. It get's to updating rings.exe and it says: "Old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match."

I havn't installed any cracks or anything.. it's a completely fresh install, but it just wont install the update for some reason.

Anyone have any clever ideas?
