Enchants for Twink w/ Dual daggers?

I'm going to use 1 build for dual daggers for my lvl 84 twink rogue. I've been super casual this expac so i'm not sure the best enchants for this build. Suggestions? Things to consider:
- this is a secondary build so save the "OMG xx spec/weapons are better"
- I'm willing to pay MoP prices for chants
- I haven't kept up on the changes that (as i understand it... or misunderstand it perhaps) make slower/faster weapons respond similarly based on procs for new chants. Please explain why the enchants are better.
- If you MUST... go ahead and link an armory to gear/spec of another 83/84 twink.

You said twink so I know you'll be doing PvP. That is why I linked the second one since berserking does reduce your armor a bit. So I don't know if youd want that or not. Mongoose was regularly used in wrath.

They said level 84 twink, which means they will have access to the MoP enchants like Dancing Steel & Windsong which have a ilvl requirement of 372 to work. For the best damage you can get a pair of the BoE daggers such as this one -> http://www.wowhead.com/item=87508/lh...ng-ribspreader though they likely won't be cheap as they are pretty rare.

I am unsure if using 2x Dancing Steel or 1 + 1 Windsong though as i'm not sure if it will make DS proc/double proc more often or not. Pretty sure faster weapons make procs happen more often and they can proc off pretty much any ability. Hell I've had windsong proc when popping my bubble.

Didn't know that. Woulda thought blizzard would have ensured that it would have had a player level needed higher then 85 and an ilevel higher then what could be gotten until 90.

Ohh no, you can get access to MoP weapons as soon as level 80. Take http://www.wowhead.com/item=87423 for example. If you have that at 80 you will one-shot damn near anything that even thinks about moving, let alone find a fury warrior with two of them and start digging your grave before they even reach you.

Yes. Using Dual ribspreaders. Please clarify on procs for weapon enchants. I'm almost certain there were changes for mop.

Seems so, i never payed it much attention :P

From what i've found looking at wowhead's comments, they have a system called Real Proc Per Minute. I'm guessing that means, on average, it will proc X amount of times a minute based normal swings. It can dual-proc for a +3300 bonus and it can refresh itself AND it has no internal cooldown from what others are saying.
