[A] OCEANIC - Gold Challenge Modes

Greetings, my group and i are looking for a healer to complete our gold challenge mode group.

Our group consists of:

Enhancement Shaman - http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...hul/Mew/simple
Protection Warrior - http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...ctioned/simple (who is currently in horrible dps gear, typical)
Survival Hunter - http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...a%C3%AD/simple
Frost Death Knight - http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte.../Frozen/simple

We are Alliance on the OCEANIC server of Aman'thul, but via cross server we can take someone on from else where.

We need stats though so we are after a Holy Paladin, Mistweaver Monk or a Restoration Druid.

We require the following from you:

• Excellent class knowledge and experience
• Vent or Mumble, a mic and not be scared to use it, we need communication
• Flasks, pots, food - this includes invis pots as we cannot trade cross realm
• The patience to wipe over and over, and we will reset the encounter as soon as we realise we messed something up
• A lot of time per session, a few hours at least

The way we do it is to run the one dungeon over and over until we have the gold of it, we will not get all silvers and come back.

We would need to discuss starting times as a group.

While having all buffs is great and all, what is really important for CM is classes, not really the buffs they bring. We personally use a Mistweaver, and would not advice on doing so, but a rdruid or a Disc - healers with great utility (Where the disc utility being dmg)

I can tell you right now that with 2 melee, you will have huge trouble in most challenge modes.

We did it with 2 melee aswell, uh/frost dk + rogue. Got 4 golds, couldn't be arsed to do the rest.

This was before they fixed cd's and pots not resetting though. You can probably do it with enough dedication, but the frustration of 2 melee in a challenge mode group will be the biggest challenge.

Best advice I can give, is to have your enh go elemental. Shouldn't be hard to have the gear for it.

Doing 2 melee is actually rather easy, as long as your melee aren't playing horribly wrong. The problem I see with the group from my knowledge of the classes is that the DK is gemming horribly incorrectly. Idk how good Enhancement's DPS is, but a DK is amazing for CM's. A Rogue and DK makes it all that much more easy. A really good DK can essentially carry the DPS.

We used 2 melee dps (Warrior + DK) and we got gold in every CM in 1-5 attempts except for stormstout, and that wasn't even close to being their fault.
I guess most people have just experienced some terrible melee dps..
