WeakAuras - How to get the timer to work for icons?

Hey guys. Today I installed WeakAuras for the first time. I downloaded a couple tutorial videos to help get me started. However, I've got WeakAuras to show a certain buff and I have the timer setup below the spell's icon. When the buff is applied to my character, the aura will show up with the timer's text. The timer isn't ticking and only shows a number. How can I go about changing it so it does?
