Mage focused website?

Nowadays I've been searching for a mage focused website, where I can find raid situational tips and tricks in order to maximize my dps and skills. If someone can help me out with this I would be very grateful (even a forum thread is fine).

Other thing I'm looking for is a youtube channel of a PVE Mage, with tips, POVs, etc.

There's not a lot of reliable mage resources around right now, to be honest the best you can do in terms of guides and tips at the moment is probably this forum.
I've not got any answers on the youtube front because I really detest video guides, I can read faster than they can speak out loud and I don't need music and flashy visuals.
