Getting into graphics/art

Hello!

So I have recently decided to get into art again after a very long break I am talking about when I was back at school using a good 'ol paint brush and pencils. I've been thinking of buying a graphics tablet and a somewhat good programme for it also. I was recommended a tablet which I have already ordered but I am not entirely sure of which software to start off with, I am completely clueless! Though... I have found Manga Studio Debut 4.0 on Amazon since that is the style of drawing I want to explore. Take a look! http://www.amazon.co.uk/Manga-Studio...4986919&sr=1-7

If there is any other/better software out there, what do could you recommend me?

Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Moreso Illustrator. I believe they're the best when it comes to graphic art and design.
