You might want to re-read that. SP vs. int (ignoring for a moment that int > SP, if only a bit): 432 SP vs. 468 int. 468 int > 432 SP. Also, 65 haste > 71 crit, no? Assuming you're not going to die from missing 49 stam, the wand has NOTHING on Lo'shan with a gem (both 2/2 upgrades).
