It's a "copy paste" of blade furry, with the same intent: cleave, mostly for cleave pve fights. I wonder a little after the recent blade furry change if they will up the target count for monks too. I don't really know how monks perform in 4-6 target prolonged aoe fights.

Spam Spinning Crane Kick + keep up Rising Sun Kick Debuff + keep up tiger palm + disarm a mob if possible + use xuen on CD + use Brews. Providing all mobs are relatively close ofc. And you can do all this indefinitely.
