I'm sitting on 674 and I pull between 34k and 38k on HEROIC Butcher.

I call BS. According to warcraft logs, for item levels 663-677 the 95th percentile is 32904. 38k would put you at #1in the world for your item level. Post a log or screenshot or stop stroking your epeen for us.

25k DPS with a 655 weapon is quite good. That would put him at 25th percentile but includes people with a lot higher item level. If you drop him one item level range to account for his low weapon and barely sneaking into the 663-677 bracket, he would be 99th percentile with that DPS

How long is the fight, when do you lust?

The sims is usually for 450sec fights so the DPS is lower then if you end the fight with all your cds up like butcher with decent dps.
