Same Laptop, Different Price?

So I've been in the market for a new laptop and I came across this....

Are these not the exact same thing (with the one having Sager branded on the front) but for different prices?

I was considering the Digital Storm one until I found that Sager one.... saves me over $100 for EXACT same thing.

Am I missing something?

Add a 3 year warranty on the Sager site and it comes out to 978.

Oh didn't even realize the Digital Storm one comes with a 3 year warranty. I think I'd rather pay less for just a 1 year warranty.

Adding on to the above, the digital storm comes with 2x ram sticks at 1600 speed, allowing dual channel to happen for a increase in performance, the sager only comes with 1x ram stick,

Digital storm comes with Wins 7, Sager is Win 8

Only other difference i can see really is the HDD, one is 750gb and ones 500gb...

Offtopic; that GPU is pretty weak i would have thought, not that good with laptop knowledge but might want a second opinion if its for gaming, otherwise forget this comment ^^.
