About Us:

End Game is a 10 man semi-hardcore raiding guild on US Medivh (PVE). We've been around since cata, and our emphasis is on a guild where you can play and raid in a friendly environment while still being able to do progression. We don't operate well with elitists, but we don't operate well with people who don't know how to play the game either. We show respect and maturity to our members, and expect the same from our guild and raid members.

We're a close knit guild that raids 3 days (12 hours) a week. We are also in the process of putting together a 2nd more casual raid group, and we also do guild LFR on Tuesdays and other activities like PVP, challenge runs, xmog runs, and other things. We are immediately searching for some very skilled dps to help us with progression on the server. But we are currently in open recruitment for admission in general and backup spots for all classes. Recruiting: All Players who are mature and social, and are looking for a good environment to play in or are interested in getting into raiding. More specifically though we are looking for backup raiders for a main group, and at least one core DPS spot consisting of either a Rogue, Mage, or Shaman, but if interested ask anyway, we may have a spot for you!

Raid Schedule:

We raid on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 11:59pm (technically midnight, but to avoid confusion) to 3:00 AM EST

We try to start on time as much as possible but we usually allow a window to get on in time.

Loot Distribution:

We use a loot council system, between the raid leader, GM, and one of the officers. Loot is passed out based on a few different aspects. How is the attendance of the person? Are they late or miss raids? How is their performance and attitude during raid? How big of an upgrade is that piece to that person? It is done in as fair of a manner as possible. Chances are though the better you perform and better your attendance/attitude is the better chance you have of getting gear.

Our Expectations:

We expect players to show up on time, completely ready (this includes repairs, flasks, tomes or whatever else you may need for raiding, as well as the knowledge of the encounter and how to play your class). We expect you to perform your duties as asked, and to have respect for your fellow members as they will have respect for you. Being as we are semi-hardcore, this means we take raiding seriously, but not at the expense of real life. So this is generally a very fun and laid back raiding environment, but we know when to get serious and get the job done. We do non raiding stuff too, so if you're just looking for a fun social guild get in contact with us!
