Galleon didn't drop anything, even though I was eligible

You can do Sha cross realm, but not Galleon.

You can do Galleon Cross realm also. But you can only get loot by it by using the coin. I won the Boots crit hit with this way

Happened to me today at Sha. Participated in the whole fight, and didn't die. When it died, I didn't got neither the gold, nor the chance to roll with a Coin

Happened to me some months back on the Sha of Anger. Wasn't even able to spend a coin for bonus loot.

I did not die. I was in range. The boss was not tagged by another group.

Was unable to get any loot from the Sha of Anger for that full reset. (Killed it twice more that week trying to get my loot).

GMs wouldn't do a thing.

Exact opposite happened for me. Stayed alive and in range, opened a ticket and was given a bag with 28g 50s

If you died on Galleon chances are it was your own fault anyway standing infront of the boss.

Or, you know, they play on a PvP Realm and the other faction was attacking them to try to steal the tap, which is pretty common.

Happened to me last week, made a ticket, GM response was they were aware this problem exists but they could not do anything about in my particular case.
