Transfer aborted, instance not found.

I need to enter firelands. I won a sword, form the roll, however, it didn't give it to me... didn't notice until i hearthed out... now I can't get back in.... why does blizz suck so much and how can i fix this??

Anyone else figured a way to get in? Can i ticket to get the item back?
