I always feel really sick when I sleep too long

I slept far too long today. Since it has been snowing the street light nearby has been getting reflected into my small window even more, and at night it makes my room look like it is day time, so I have been putting a cardboard box and a bed sheet in the window to close off about 90%+ of the light, this means almost no light comes through my window anymore and then I end up sleeping even longer because it is dark constantly. I slept about 2-3 hours more today which suddenly lead to 5 extra hours and it being close to 4 p.m.

Not sure why I explained all of this.
