It's really strange is what it is. I thought the Tactician ("your" character) was the only case in this game where tomes (magic spells) and swords could be used on the same guy. Guess I was wrong entirely there. Should be interesting though, as it makes her actually able to take some abuse.

Really? Metamagic can be incredibly good for sorcerers from what I've read. Maximized delayed blast fireballs and chain lightnings perform better than most other damage spells higher level than them. Persistent spells can also be really good.

Very good. Clerics are the squishiest things in that game (aside from the first rank trainees, of course). Anything to mitigate that is excellent.

I just could never use spell slots higher than the spell itself. Although I have always wanted to quicken DBF while using Time Stop twice and set up some sort of shape before the second Time Stop stopped, 6 DBF just sitting there is like an anime nuke going off.

I usually took feat to make sure I have more survivability and utility so I don't fall over like a wet piece of paper.

Fire Emblem games are usually quite good. I am thinking of getting one of my brother's 3DS's so I can buy it and then play the next Pokemon, or I will just wait for Pokemon.
