I stopped after the first really good episode of s2, the one about Rarity and Sweetie Belle. episode 5 or so.
Then I continued watching some episodes in a bunch. but not until s3 had already started and then some time later again and now again. ^^

I prefer watching series not one ep by one, but rather many in a row, it's just a lot more fun.

The only turnoff I have is discovering a comic before it's done. Order of the stick is on 869. Waiting two weeks or more for a single comic is a pain, for what amounts to very little story progression. On the other side, another (M-rate) comic I found updates every two days, but it's short, four line, typically daily-newspaper-sized comics, so, again, slow story progression. I like the longer ones, I just hate having to wait for slow content. And I get that these people are effectively doing it for free on their own time (abridged series like), but that doesn't mean I can't be frustrated that the stories move so slowly. At least with abridged series, I know what's going to happen, in a general sense.
