Horrifying as in good horrifying or bad horrifying? Because I always found close combat to be a pretty solid move in gen 4, and i doubt it changed much in gen 5.

Yeah its my first try with paint atleast i tried with hand but i have lost the touch for now and eyes and mouth are my nemesis of drawing anything they always end up wrong.

Guess i should work with making her hair look less flat maybe some highlights or something.

The top of her mane should be rounder, it's too flat. The bottom of her mane should become narrower the farther down you go. Her eyes are a tad too big and too close together. The ears could be a bit more pointy.

As a general rule ponies have a slightly oval face when seen from the front, it seems as if it's very round. Also her mane could be a tad darker if you please, the pink-sky blue contrast hurts a bit.

Practice will get you better at it, but it is a pretty good try for your first time.

I found him to be the hardest because of that Excadrill. I had to use my Gigalith, spam defense, and then use Rock Smash forever.
