5's and Gladiator

All over the place i've seen 5's is an easy Gladiator achievement. Why is this? Is Gladiator given to the 0.5% of each arena bracket or your overall battle group? I'm wondering because even the top 0.5% of 5's teams in my battle group is barely above a 700 rating...

Normally only 1 team gets Gladiator in 5s (which is ignored cause it automatically upgrades to Cataclysmic Gladiator etc, if they are Rank 1). The rank 1 team on almost every BG is a wintrader.

It's the easiest to bracket to WINTRADE in, because nobody plays in it. (Meaning it's easy to 'alter' the queues to get who you want).
