Are the S11 items on vendors again yet?

Have the paladin cata set (the none elite one but it's still badass) and I note there's a robe option (http://www.wowhead.com/item=88170/ca...ted-battlerobe) which I don't have.

Are these back on the vendors yet? If so, which?

Excellent, I'll continue rocking the "special snowflake" look with the S11 set until then
