Relic or heroic bottle

This question has probably been answered already but why are most hunters using the heroic bottle and terror in the mists, instead of using H terror and relic of xuen? Aren't those r 2 bis trinkets?

Terror is = to relic honestly... most people use it because of the ilvl. However in actual use its not gonna give you much if any more damage then an upgraded relic.

and heroic bottle is better then both terror and relic.

Um, as Nemesis said H Bottle is the very best trinket this tier (because of the rather awesome uptime of the beefy agil proc). H Terror is second best, and Relic is almost as good...I believe it actually would be better than H Terror if it proc'd off of any hit rather than just crit.
