Well, thats a tad better than it used to be
Not really, all it does is give every healer more smart heals and is entirely useless during periods of actual damage. 3% is way too low.

still we need to see the procs with the insane amount of haste we will have. if it procs a lot, you can clearly see that our famous rem overhealing will smart heal . It's clearly a buff to every hot class, expecially for who like us can't control the hot placement

Are you kidding? From a healer proc on the cloak that favored all healing classes equally, it now favors MW+Resto Druids greatly.

I'd much rather have a proc that helped the raid when it has actually suffered damage and to that effect 3% is too low, get rid of the smart heal redirect garbage and add something in line of your heals will do more when players are close to death.

If anything it closes the gap between non Disc Priest and Disc Priests greatly. It just doesn't favour Paladins all that much. Monks definitely going to get the biggest benefit to this, and yet more proof that Uplift spam is the way forward!

I'd argue that it will be shamans getting the biggest benefit on 25 man at least.

Holy Priests would get a lot benefit from it too. Maybe Shaman but HST is smart, CH is smart. The only things which naturally overheal for a lot are HR and ELW. But both will be pretty potent.

Doesn't really matter anyway, there's two scenarios where someone is topped and the others aren't and that's either going to be when they're too far away to redirect the healing where it needs to go or when healing is trivial. For a dev team that insists numbers aren't everything and claim life saving is what matters this proc is incredibly backwards.

This proc is incredibly broken for MW. The fact of the matter is that uplift mechanics force it to have high overhealing, even when healing high sustained damage like Megaera rampages. This proc will break MW healing, and is amazing for us. That's about all I have to say about it. Also it will make things like SCK,HR, and chi burst act weird if it counts pet healing as overhealing to redirect...either way the proc is probably my favorite thing I've ever seen about 5.4

Doing gold proving grounds with 3k spirit, factoring in no potions allowed and/or food between waves, sucks.

Proving grounds does a great job of mimicking a real raid group, none of the fucking NPC's walk through my healing orbs.

    IKR.

Also, the targetted Expel Harm is such nice utility.

Whoa, be careful now. You might mislead people into thinking MW mastery is bad!

Nice one Reglitch! Now, hoping they'll do something to adress our concerns.

I'm still very curious about this, since i haven't been able to step into the PTR. Did they reduce the amount of healing it does or not?

No, they adjusted it. It was supposed to reduce it, but Blizz decided to stay the same.

That's fucking awesome. Can't wait to put that to some excellent use.
