You can hug everybody as long as it doesn't have any double meaning at all.

I grew up with hand shakes for the men and hugs for the women unless it is your family, then bets are off and it's hugs all round
I like giving and getting hugs. Female, and I hug my female friends lots. Well, not like all the time. But in greeting/parting, gift giving, ect. I will go up to my mother/best friend and just hug them when I want physical attention. Yes, I'm lonely. I know T^T But yea, I'm a hugger. Although giving man hugs is fun too. You know, the clasp hands, pull in and slap each other on the back hugs that 'dudes' do.
hugs are great. i've always been an affectionate person.
Not on some daily basis but on suitable occasions like a friend recently who gets married.
ofcourse, bro hugs are awesome.
Usually reserved for when i haven't seen them in a while though, not for every day use.
Yeah, but I'm a girl and that's always going to be perfectly acceptable.
Well, I actually don't hug anyone because hugs sort of weird me out, but I accept hugs from all genders.
I never have unless you count my dad. I mean I wouldn't be opposed to it but it's just never come up. I'm a guy and it might be a little stranger to do as a guy where as girls I know do it all the time.
To be fair though, the only person I've hugged in a very long time was my dad when he went back to New Zealand.
I generally don't like being touched period(handshakes, hugs, pat on the back, ANYTHING) by anyone I'm not at least fairly close to, and most of my close friends are females. If I had a close guy friend who hugged it wouldn't bother me, never bothered me with male family members either.
I don't hug everyone I know. I do hug my good friends and family though.
