Unable to repay chargeback on my account?

So a few months ago something messed up with my bank and it took back the money from some race/faction changes I did. I want to play again now that I have a new computer and the money. It doesn't work though, when I click repay it doesn't do anything but refresh the page. Anyone else had a similar problem? I've tried to restart my computer and try in another browser, nothing worked. I didn't want to resort to contacting support because of waiting times.
