win8 multiples of same device

I recently noticed that windows 8 automatically adds a new entry in the devices section of pc settings every time the Philips Tv is turned on.
This happens to both of my win8 machines and while it appears to have no negative side affect it's bugging the crap out of me.

Is there any way to stop it from doing that or at the very least select all of them at once for deletion. I would like to avoid making a new subnet for the tv as that would make it so i can't use the media connect feature built into the tv.

If I don't delete them at least twice a week the list of the same tv will be in the 50s by the end of the week. The real kicker is it takes 3 clicks per listing to get rid of them which makes it worse then deleting spam from inbox by 10x.(understatement)

Specific model of the Tv is 40PFL5706
While the picture looks like I have 2 devices selected that is not the case one of them is selected while the other only is being hovered over.
