Cinematic-Esque shots in-game?

I was wondering how on some kill videos, there seems to be a P.O.V. panning around alot of the instance, or the POV is impossibly high in a non-flying zone. How do they(the video creators) get the camera that high for those POV shots? An example from memory is there was a very high-up top-down shot from Ragnaros' Firelands chamber. Is there an add-on that gives you full camera control?

Not an addon, but there's tools that do this, yes. It's technically in violation of the EULA/ToS, I believe (external program modifying WoW process memory), though I doubt you'll get actioned over it (since, as you've said, lots of movie makers use it).
