As the title says, I am currently 3/16 H with a 392 ilvl and am on the look out for a guild that is Heroic Mode focused. At the moment I would only consider 10 man guilds that start no earlier than 6 PST, those 2 are musts and I am also looking for a core position.

Don't let only 3 heroic kills fool you, when it comes time to raiding I am intensely focused and intent on getting kills done and I would expect the same out of you.
