I love the addon OGlow. I don't really know why, all it does it puts a glow around the edge of the icon based on rarity (Epics glow purple). I tried it out a while back and now for some reason I can't play without it. I don't like seeing my gear icons without their glow :P

I would also have to say OGlow. With all of the different UIs I have had over the 7 years I've always kept OGlow.
