Any weapon that has a flat damage bonus, as opposed to elemental damage, is adding the minimum amount twice, or something like that.

When the min damage bonus exceeds the max damage bonus. Like on my ik maul. Its a very low % of black weapons.

If you have one of these weps (with stats), hold on to it, its value will skyrocket like nats legacy after the patch.

WIsh these rumors had spread for a little while longer so I would have had a chance to buy a good Black Weapon cheap!

Seems the difference between the min and max makes it even more bugged. I found a sword with 200dps, 29 min damage, 8 max damage. Its only 40k less dps equiped than my 1100 socketed bk sword.
