Confession time:
I have terrible taste in music. I am the unapologetic anti-hipster of the world.
I have loved music from Linkin Park, Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, Yellowcard, Blink-182, etc, since I was 11 years old. More than a dozen years later and I still love it. I've ventured out of my "musical comfort zone" quite a bit, but when it comes down to it that pop-punk (and to a lesser extent numetal) sound is where my heart lies.
Problem is, post-high school I've been pretty out of the loop musically. After moving out of the Phoenix area I lost touch with my favorite radio station and my ability to discover new music took a dive bomb. For some reason, I've never been able to adapt to discovering music online. While listening to Pandora or Spotify I generally stick pretty close to the music that I already know that I enjoy.
So, that being said, I'm looking for recommendations of more recent music in that same (arguably sh!t-tastic) pop punk vein. Here's a link to my Last.FM profile so you can get a better idea of the sort of stuff I already listen to.
Thanks much for any help that I can get!
