I feel for the employees that still doesn't know if they're getting fired or not, it's a terrible feeling when the company you work for goes bankrupt. Having experienced it myself i do hope most of them can continue their work!

Hopefully Sega will be willing to reintroduce the true RTS Warhammer games (Dawn of War, Winter Assault, Dark Crusade etc). I still play Dark Crusade fairly often.

I'm really surprised that no one picked up Vigil... seems like a talented group of people over there. Darksiders 2 was a really solid game. I hope Platinum Games or someone picks up Darksiders. I need Darksiders 3!

Agreed. I'd love it if Platinum picked up the IP. It'd really be a shame to see the potential that Darksiders have just disappear.

Looks like Vigil and Darksiders were not bought, and the Red Faction IP was not bought.

Isn't red faction a part of volition as well, and included in the deal?

oooh home front 2 with the cry-engine ? THAT could be very exciting prospect. Shame that a lot of people will loose there jobs though, hope they can find something in the games industry.

Homefront 2 was already in developement by crytek I believe, so not much changing there.

Depends on who you talk to. I would vote for Darksiders as my current favorite franchise personally.

Darksiders II barely made enough money to pay for what they invested... I liked the game as well but it didn't sell very well. THQ hoped Darksiders II will solve their money problems but it almost made it worse.

If South Park get's fucked up with uplay I won't buy the game. Not even on a sale for 5 bucks or whatever.
